Keeping your green clean is very simple:
Use a soft vacuum to remove dust and debris.
Avoid using water, harsh chemicals, or high pressure cleaners, as moisture can damage the surface.
Avoid walking over the sand bunkers as they can get dirty.

If storing, disassemble the sections carefully and keep them in a cool, dry place.
Stack the pieces flat to prevent warping.

At this time, all TopGreens Putting Greens are for indoor use only. Use outside at this time will void the manufactures warranty.
Avoid prolonged heat exposure as it can affect the structure of the green.

Our TopGreens putting greens are considered oversized shipments by all major carriers due to their large box dimensions and weight. This means they’re too big to be handled through standard parcel services like UPS or FedEx Ground.
Instead, they’re shipped via freight service, securely placed on a pallet to prevent damage during transit.
For you as the customer, this means:
Your shipment will arrive on a pallet, usually delivered by a freight truck.
The driver will typically bring it to your curb or driveway (known as curbside delivery).
You’ll need to be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
If you need special arrangements—like inside delivery or lift gate service—please contact us before your order ships, and we’ll help coordinate it.
This process ensures your putting green arrives in perfect condition and ready for setup.

Topgreens products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
What is covered?
Manufacturing defects in the turf sections, connectors, and any included accessories.
Normal wear and tear from regular use of the product.
What is not covered?
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
Damage from exposure to weather conditions such as rain, moisture, or direct sunlight.
Any damage resulting from modifications or repairs performed outside of authorized TopGreens channels.
Damage caused by improper handling during shipping (not including initial packaging related defects).
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Please contact customer support if you believe your product is defective at info@topgreensusa.com.
Please provide photos or videos of the issues to assess the damage.
If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective part at no additional cost to you.
The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
